BREAK THE PATTERN

BREAK THE PATTERN
Urban Cats Collection
What happens when one refuses to follow the pattern?
A repeated crowd fills the surface, watching from both sides. At the centre, the pattern breaks open and a single BOH! CAT emerges through the fracture.
BREAK THE PATTERN explores individuality, social pressure and the tension between belonging and remaining yourself. The torn layers become part of the image itself: a physical rupture between repetition and difference, between the crowd and the individual.
Urban marks, fragmented writing and raw surfaces reinforce the feeling of a wall that has been painted, covered, torn and exposed again.
