UNDER PRESSURE

UNDER PRESSURE
Raw Works Collection
Sometimes the crowd doesn't need to say anything.
UNDER PRESSURE places a single yellow BOH! CAT against a mass of pale, almost anonymous figures. Surrounded by repeated faces and raw red marks, the individual seems exposed, uncomfortable and visibly affected by the presence of the group.
Reduced forms, unfinished lines and spontaneous gestures strip the image back to its essential tension: the pressure of being seen, judged and surrounded.
Part of the BOH! CATS research on paper, where imperfection and immediacy become part of the visual language.
