If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the artwork, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to hello@bohcats.com. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the artwork without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal. The artwork should be carefully packed and returned in its original condition.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork. For artworks that, because of their size or nature, cannot normally be returned by standard postal service, please contact us before returning the artwork so that the appropriate return method and the estimated direct return cost applicable to that artwork can be confirmed.

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the artwork back or you have provided evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the artwork resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact hello@bohcats.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artworks made to order or clearly personalised according to the customer's specifications, where provided by applicable law.
